BMW 1M coverage continues. This past weekend, the new M was the official pace car at the Daytona 24 Hours race. SPEED TV gets the unique and exciting opportunity to test drive the first 1M available in the US.
The review is nothing short of spectacular and Chris Neville is more than impressed. The 1M is shaping up to the one M vehicle we have all been waiting for, a return to the first days of M automobiles when the focus was on the driving experience.
In the short video, Speed TV takes the 1M around the race track and Neville gives the 1M thumbs-up when it comes to cornering, braking capabilities and handling. The 1M launches in the United States on May 16th, coinciding with the first test drives and we are excited to get behind the wheel of this new M.
