U.S.-based Risden Engineering has announced a tuning program for the latest BMW M6 Coupe.
Dubbed Risden 6R, the tuning program is the first offering by the American company and it’s scheduled to be unveiled in the first quarter of 2013. The BMW M6 Coupe serves as the basis for this tuned-up vehicle which will cater to both regular roads and track.
Not many details are known at the moment, but based on the teaser renderings revealed the 6R will sport two rear spoilers: a duck-tail and a retractable spoiler that will improve the aerodynamics, stability and reduced body roll.
In order to save weight, the interior has been stripped down and a roll cage was included to boost the chassis rigidity.
Other upgrades include an aero body kit and fully adjustable suspension.
Stay tuned for more info as we enter the New Year.
