Wiesmann reveals at the 2013 Geneva Auto Show their new GT MF4-CS model. According to the Germany-based automaker, the new GT MF4-CS combines “measurable performance-oriented motorsport on the one hand and a car that can also be driven on public roads on the other hand.”
The newest model is follow-up to the 2009 GT MF4-S and it is powered by a BMW-sourced V8 engine that delivers a total of 420 horsepower. The GT MF4-CS runs from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds and up to a top speed of 182 mph.
The super luxurious roadster comes with a wide wheel arch, modified front end with large splitter, daytime running lights and a carbon rear wing. The use of several carbon fiber parts helped reduce the overall weight by 20 kg (44 lbs).
With four-point seat belts, brake pads and Michelin Sport Cup tires, the GT MF4-CS is even better prepared for use on the racetrack.
The GT MF4-CS will be limited to only 25 units and has a base price of 193,193.28 euros or about $250,000.
