BMWBLOG headed to Canada to test drive the all-new 2014 BMW 335i GT. Before our review goes live, here is a photo gallery of the midsize Gran Turismo.
The 335i GT makes use of the 3.0 liter turbocharged twin-scroll engine producing 225 kW/306 hp and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft). Official numbers say that the 335i GT runs from 0 to 62 mph in just 5.4 seconds, while the fuel consumption is rated at 30.5 MPG (7.7 liters per 100 kilometers).
The 3 GT builds atop the long wheelbase 3 Series sedan and unites the sporty-dynamic genes of the Sedan with the practicality and versatility of the Touring, along with enhanced space and ride comfort. BMW says that it has applied some of the lessons learned from the controversial 5 Series Gran Turismo. (Race Track Review BMW 5 Series GT)
The 3 GT will be offered with the Sport Line, Luxury Line or Modern Line equipment packages, or with the optional M Sport package. The 2014 BMW 335i GT xDrive starts at $46,850.
