Audi enters the premium compact class of SUVs with the sporty and versatile new 2015 Q3.
Audi Q3 will go on sale this year and will not only compete against the X1, but also against Land Rover Range Rover Evoque and soon-to-arrive Mercedes GLA-Class.
The Q3 will be unveiled next week in Detroit and will go on sale during third-quarter of this year.
Compared to the European-model, the Q3 seems to boast a higher ride and comes with a different front fascia. Under the hood, it comes with a 2.0-liter turbocharged TFSI inline-four producing 200 horsepower and 207 pound-feet of torque. A six-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive will come standard, while Audi’s Quattro all-wheel-drive system will be optional.
