In Germany, the BMW i8 starts at €126,000, while in the UK it will cost £ 99,125. The U.S. market will also get the BMW i8 in 2014 at a base price of $135,700.
But what would be the price if you were to add one of the pre-defined packages? The Pure Impulse Package will set you back another 19,000 euros to a whooping 145,000 euros for the i8 in Germany.
The Pure Impulse package includes the Head-Up Display, 20-inch wheels, a leather-wrapped instrument panel and special embroidering for the headrests.
Additionally, the buyer can add customize the i8 with separate options, like the Driving Assistant Plus package for 2,600 euros and Head Up Display – 1,390 euros.

Another interesting detail is the tank size: according to Bimmertoday, the BMW i8 in standard form is delivered with a 30 liters small tank for the three-cylinder engine in the rear, but for an additional 100 euros, a 42 liter tank is available. Even with the larger tank, the curb weight still falls under 1,500 kilograms.
BMW i8 goes on sale this Spring in Germany, followed by an U.S. market launch in July.
