Held from 26-29th June, the 2014 Goodwood Festival of Speed has revealed the theme for this year’s event: ‘Addicted to Winning – The Unbeatable Champions of Motor Sport.‘ The annual event celebrates legendary drivers, teams and manufacturers from around the world.
This year’s show will also celebrate the centenary of Italian manufacturer Maserati. Some of the most successful racing cars from the marque’s history will be showcased at Goodwood, including the 1928 Maserati Tipo 26B and MC12 GT racer.
Other amazing cars coming to Goodwood are a prototype Honda NSX, the new BMW M4 Cabriolet, a special edition BMW M5, the Jaguar XFR-S Sportbrake and the Volvo V60 Polestar.
The special edition BMW M5 will mark 30 years of the model, but details are being kept secret for now. Our bets go on a limited edition M5 with a special paint job and some carbon fiber goodies, along with a highly refined interior trim and leather.
As soon as we learn more, we will update you.
