To coincide with BMW USA running the M235i in One Lap of American, BMW announces long awaited pricing on the LSD for the M235i in the Performance Parts Catalog at $2,895. No word yet on if there is a core charge for the non-limited slip differential that’s being replaced. Performance ace driver Mike Renner is at the helm on the track and Steve Maguire is helping with transit and social media duties.
For the ultimate in track day performance, the M Performance Limited Slip Differential is here! The clitch-type mechanical differential features a 30% lockup on acceleration and 9% lockup on deceleration. The differential works with the existing DSC system to provide excellent traction wet or dry.
