German tuner AC Schnitzer has unveiled their tuning program for the BMW 4-Series Gran Coupé. Dubbed ACS4 Gran Coupe, the aftermarket program brings both visual and power upgrades.
Styling-wise, the already beautiful looking 4 Series Gran Coupe gets a new front spoiler and rear diffusor, carbon fiber mirror covers, chromed front grille (for M-Technik versions) and rear skirt protective film.
The interior cabin gets the usual AC Schnitzer upgrades with an aluminum handbrake, gear knob with digital gear display, illuminated leather gear knob, aluminum “Black Line” gear knob, an aluminum pedal set and foot rest.
Under the hood, the German shop offers power upgrades for six models. The BMW 428i by AC Schnitzer produces 294PS (+49PS), 435i has 350PS (+44PS), the 420i produces 245PS (+61PS), 420d – 218PS (+34PS), 430d with 309PS (+51PS) and the 435d with 360PS (+47PS). All petrol engines are also available with an intercooler.
At the rear-end, the stock exhaust system is replaced with an upgraded system with two chromed tailpipe trims, which comes in a choice of “Racing Evo”, “Racing” or “Sport” style.
To improve handling, AC Schnitzer fits the 4-Series Gran Coupé with a sports suspension that lowers the front axle by 10-25mm and the rear by 5-15mm. The suspension spring kit also lowers the 4-Series by up to 25mm at the front and by 10-25mm at the rear. The AC Schnitzer racing suspension is lowered at the front by 30-40mm and the rear by 25-40mm.
