From Portugal, we bring you new videos of the 2015 BMW 6 Series Facelift. Using the 650i model, BMW reveals the design changes brought to market by the facelift, while giving us a closer look at both the coupe and convertible models.
The changes to the design are subtle. BMW removed one slat from its kidney grilles (the grill now has 9 slats, instead of 10) and the overall effect of this is that the new 6 Series grill is even more prominent. Full-LED headlights are now standard, and the fog lights feature three distinct LED units. The biggest changes are the headlights because they have a completely new interior and the turn signals are now integrated into the bezel accent at the top.
The front bumper gets redesigned a bit as well. It now features large lower air intakes with a subtle lip underneath running across the entire lower end.
The BMW 6 Series Coupe, Convertible and Gran Coupe will continue in the US in the 650i and 640i models. The new models will begin hitting showrooms some time in the second quarter of 2015.
