Bargain and M4 GTS just don’t fit in the same sentence. The extremely limited Special Edition M will sell for 142,600 euros in Germany, the equivalent of two “regular” M4s and the most expensive BMW car ever sold. Its predecessor, the M3 GTS sold for 136,850 euros, but it came with less standard options and innovative features. The M4 GTS not only gets a significant power increase – 500 horsepower in Europe – but also the OLED technology, water injection, CFRP adjustable front splitter lip and a CFRP hood.
BMW M4 GTS in a special edition is limited to 700 units worldwide, with 300 units of this high-performance Special Edition M4 available for the first time in the US market. Germany is likely to receive less units, so that makes the M4 GTS even more special and valuable.
While the BMW M3 GTS was only available in Fire Orange, the purchaser of a BMW M4 GTS may choose between four colors: Sapphire Black metallic, Mineral Grey metallic, Alpine White and Frozen Dark Grey Metallic.
The equally impressive 475 horsepower Porsche 911 GT3 sells for 137,303 euros, even though it’s slightly lighter than the M4 GTS, the power to weight ration is just over 3 kilograms which puts the two at the same level.
