Demographic studies show that motorcyclists are most often men with about 9 out of every 10 riders being male. For this reason, I looked among premium watch brands with a masculine character when thinking of what would be a great timepiece to pair with a BMW Motorcycle.
Now, clearly, different BMW Motorcycles have distinctly different characters themselves so, I decided to choose one bike in particular.

The watch is elegant in its design yet utilizes a sophisticated mechanism within its casing. At 40mm with the black alligator strap, the watch casing isn’t oversized and with the absence of a metal band it is ideally unobtrusive whilst operating a motorcycle. It also bears a very thin case which too contributes to its conduciveness to this particular purpose. The Portofino Automatic is distinctly classy which makes it an excellent pairing for such a premium motorcycle.
