A BMW 1M with a V8 engine is likely everyone’s dream car. The project started as a BMW 135i Coupe which dumped its 3.0 liter inline-six turbocharged engine in favor of the 4.0 liter V8 naturally aspirated unit from the E92 M3. The car belongs Marco Svizzero from San Francisco, California, as well as the tuner, Joey Gaffey from Performance Technic in Dublin, California.
The two owners bought a wrecked E92 M3 from England and all of the components were dismantle and they able to use most of the parts in the project.
They also decided to document their project and share the video with us. Below you can also find a list of SOME, but not all the modifications done to the 135i.
