German tuning house, G-Power, unveils their latest project update based on the BMW M4 Coupe. The tuning specialists gave this Austin Yellow M4 a significant power upgrade from the stock 425 horsepower. Using their Bi-Tronik 2 V2 ECU remap paired with a custom titanium exhaust system, the tuned up M4 now delivers 560 horsepower and 720 Nm of torque (531 lb-ft). Despite the significantly increased performance, G-Power says all standard diagnostic and engine protection systems remain active. The performance kit is available for both the M3 and the M4.
Thanks to its 560 hp, the G-Power BMW M4 accelerates in 3.8 seconds to 100 km/h and the propulsion is braked at 280 km/h. A modified software can increase the top speed to 310 km/h.
For a subtly revised look, the 21-inch forged wheels G-Power Hurricane RR were fitted to the car and wrapped in 295 mm wide rear tires. The wheels are available in Jet Black, Gun Metal and Silver Stardust, so the customers the color that matches their taste.
To change the engine characteristics, G-Power charges 3,272 euros and the downpipes – for reduced exhaust backpressure – cost 1,915 euros. The exhaust system is 7.1 kg lighter than the stock model and costs 6,145 euros. The wheels are the most expensive upgrade at 9,100 euros.
