Manhart Racing announces their tuning program for the BMW F85 X5 M. Dubbed, Manhart MHX5 700, the tuned up SUV produces 700 horsepower and 900 Newton meters of torque, with a top speed of 315 km/h. The standard model uses a 4.4 liter V8 TwinTurbo engine producing 575 horsepower.
The powerful SUV was also fitted with a stainless exhaust system, including flap control and an adapted engine software paired with catless downpipes.
In addition to the performance boost, the X5 M received a grey matte wrap, 22 inches BBS wheels and lowering springs from H&R bringing the SUV closer to the ground by 35 millimeters. Inside, an Awron additional display is showing the tuning information and other important operating parameters.
The price for the power upgrade is 7,500 euros plus installation, but Manhart offers a cheaper option with “only” 640 hp. The wheels cost as a complete set 0 including Vredestein tires (295 front, 335 rear) – 4,284 euros. The H&R springs costs 1,188 euros and the matte gray foiling charges the customer 3,500 euros.
