BMW USA has officially launched the online configurator for the new BMW M2. The 2016 BMW M2 will be available at authorized BMW centers starting at $51,700 plus Destination and Handling starting in April 2016.
Standard in the U.S. will be the Alpine White color, while the other three metallic paints – Sapphire Black, Long Beach Blue and Mineral Grey – will be an additional $550. Dakota leather with blue stitching is standard and no other trim options are offered.
The Executive Package – comprising of heated steering wheel, rear view camera, rear park distance control, automatic high beams, active driving assistant and speed limit info – are bundled together for $1,250.
With the six-speed manual being standard, the dual-clutch transmission becomes an option and not a cheap one – $2,900.
The European Delivery MSRP was set at $49,115 and we’re hearing about a lot of customers making the Euro trip a priority.
