On the occasion of the 25th Tour Auto Optic 2000, BMW Group France is launching a limited edition of 5 copies of the BMW M4 Coupe in its latest evolution equipped with the Competition Package. Official partner of the famous rally for 6 years running, BMW Group France will engage in as the course car of the Tour Auto Optic 2000 Vintage 2016, driven by the famous rally driver Ari Vatanen.
The BMW M4 Coupe Auto Tour Edition brings aside the Competition Pack a power increase of 19 horsepower for a total value of 450 ponies. The acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h was improved by 0.1 seconds to not more 4.0 seconds with the M DKG 7-speed transmission. Top speed is now set at 280 km/h.
The sportiness of the special M4 was sharpened through updates to the M Active differential settings, the DSC and suspensions. The sound is even more emotional through an upgraded exhaust.
The BMW M4 Auto Tour Edition offers some interesting details, including a special carbon-roof with the incorporated colors of M Division. Carbon fiber parts from BMW M Performance and the Shadow Line in high-gloss black elements offer a nice contrast with the Alpine White color. Eye-catching 20-inch light-alloy wheels Style 666 M further differentiate this special M4.
The spirit of the Tour Auto is ubiquitous through the customization elements introduced by the BMW Individual department: embroidered logos Auto Tour on front headrests, embroidered logos Auto Tour back rear headrests and Tour Auto logo on the B-pillars.
The cabin gets Extended Merino leather upholstery with red stitching.
