We recently brought you a written review of the brand-new BMW M4 Competition Package. It’s the package that we feel turns the BMW M4 into the car it should have been from the beginning. Ultimately, we get it a great review and claim it to be one of the very best BMW M cars on the market today. However, we’re also going to bring you a video review of the M4 Comp Pack.
While the video is quite short (forgive us, they will be longer in future), it gives you the gist of what the M4 Competition Package is. But more importantly, it gives you a glimpse of just how good the M4 Comp Pack sounds. With the $5,500 Competition Package, BMW gives the new M3/M4 a new exhaust that improves the heavily criticized sound of the standard car. While it doesn’t sound as good as an E46 M3‘s sonorous 3.2 liter I6, it still sounds great and is a fantastic-sounding modern BMW.
It also gives you a good look of the BMW M4 Comp Pack in motion. The Yas Marina Blue color of our tester fitted with the 20″ Style 666M wheels makes this one of the best looking BMWs we’ve ever seen. Personally, it’s the best-looking BMW M4 I’ve ever seen. It looks fantastic in motion, as it’s hard to really understand its beauty in still pictures.
