UK-based Sterckenn is about to debut in the tuning parts market. The company says they specialize in carbon fiber aero packages dedicated to BMW sports models. All Sterckenn products are made of top of the range pre-impregnated carbon fiber. This type of carbon fiber, known as prepreg, manifests unique properties achieved by the application of very high temperatures and pressure during the process. The material used for Sterckenn products is cured in an autoclave to ensure the best possible durability, strength and surface smoothness.
The company will focus exclusively on top BMW models – M3 F80, M4 F82, M5 F10, and soon also M2 F87. Instead of cannibalizing the looks of the standard M cars, Sterckenn’s engineers will focus on raising the original product quality to even higher levels while maintaining the design language of the base model. This way, Sterckenn products create a more customised and unique look for BMW M cars without straying away from their successful proportions or advanced technology.
The new accessories are manufactured with the same quality standards as their OEM counterparts from BMW, by using the most advanced 3D scanning technologies and the best CAD and CAS software. According to the company, the splitter for M4 as designed by Sterckenn offers more downforce and even more impressive looks without compromising ground clearance or the timeless nature of the model. The rear spoiler and diffuser continue the stylistic concept of the model while improving its impact and performance.
