Most people enjoy a good and clean build and this is especially true when high-performance vehicles – like the BMW M2 – drop in the conversation. This particular Alpine White BMW M2 certainly belongs among those clean builds.
Coming from European Auto Source, this M2 equipped with a bevy of aftermarket carbon fiber parts and performance additions. For the most part, this build checks all the boxes, without being “too much” in your face.
The project started of with an RKP carbon fiber roof panel and a rear diffuser, yielding both weight savings and improved performance for the vehicle, but also, a clean visual upgrade for the M2. The parts are lightweight and easy to install, as they only use existing mounting points and hardware so it will require no modification upon installation.
After the carbon fiber parts were added, the shop proceed to install a set of painted front reflectors and a painted rear badge. Clearly, not major upgrade, but they are added in quest of making this owner’s well-loved M2 be a lot classier and cleaner vehicle overall.
In case you thought the owner focused only visual upgrades, you will be in for a nice surprise. A Japanese-made GruppeM Carbon Fiber Ram Intake – designed to allow the air that is fed into the engine to resist heat, allowing for optimal performance – was added to the engine.
Next, it was time to make the BMW M2 sound a lot better, thanks to the addition of an Akrapovic exhaust system, yielding improved horsepower numbers and torque levels, but also, helping the vehicle to ascertain a much deeper sound note as well. You can check out the full build gallery right below.
