With the advent of the BMW F80 M3, there have been plenty of iteration of aftermarket tuning styles available for this application. One of them is the JDM style. Synonymous with the Japanese aftermarket tuning world, the interesting style translates well into the BMW world – even though it irritates a lot of purists at the same time. For this particular Yas Marina Blue BMW F80 M3, the combination of JDM style wheels and the M Performance Parts additions, make for a rather interestingly tuned vehicle.
The most impacting addition to this M3 are the JDM style wheels. Namely, the Volk Racing TE37RT wheels add that synonymous touch that relates well with the Japanese car culture. Featuring a forged construction, perfect fitment and race derived design, these wheels are renowned for their strength and their incredibly low weight.
The wheels come wrapped in Nitto NT05 tires, a perfect choice for a high-performance vehicle like this.
After the wheels were installed, it was time to add a series of BMW M Performance Parts. The BMW M Performance carbon fiber front splitters, the carbon fiber mirror caps, the carbon fiber rear diffuser and the rear spoiler – color-matched to the vehicle’s exterior – were installed.
Alongside these, you will find the BMW performance exhaust tips, the clean gloss black kidney grilles and the side markers – all yielding a cleaner look. Additionally, the iND Distribution is represented with the clean looking painted trunk badge as well. The complete build gallery is available right below.
