With his brand new company car, Marco Wittmann was visiting the Nürburgring last weekend. One of Bimmertoday’s readers took advantage of the opportunity and photographed the BMW F82 M4, painted in eye-catching Java Green. We are thus given the most detailed view of a sport coupe that most other road users will be able to see close up for a short time.
The reigning driver of the DTM took over his new company car last November in the BMW Welt, at that time the M4 still had winter tires. For the summer, there are obviously black M Performance wjeels in 19 inches, with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires being used. The kidneys and the model lettering of the BMW M4 shine in black, the latter being an unmistakable sign for the Competition Package and the associated increase in power to 450 hp.
A few more dark accents can be found on the attachments made of carbon fiber: The attachment for the front apron is partly painted in Java Green, but partly also in exposed carbon. The lightweight carbon fiber composite is also seen on the roof, on the exterior mirrors, on the BMW M Performance rear wing, on the diffuser and on the tailpipes of the particularly loud performance exhaust system.
Marco Wittmann: “My new company car looks great and is really fantastic. The color fits very well to me, because I like to travel with a somewhat more striking vehicle on the road. The BMW M Performance Parts enhance the already great BMW M4 Coupé and make it a valuable piece. Many thanks to BMW, BMW M GmbH and BMW M Performance Parts. I’ll enjoy every kilometer with my new vehicle.”
