Within the official BMW X2 price list (PDF), there are also some specific information about the equipment of the new compact SUV. At the start of the market in March 2018, the most affordable BMW X2 will be available at a price of 39,200, which is the X2 sDrive20i with front-wheel drive and 192 hp. Compared to the X1, this corresponds to an extra charge of 2,550 euros. Assuming a similar difference for the already announced, but not yet officially introduced entry-level model X2 sDrive18i, a basic price of about 34,250 euros for the BMW X2 F39 will be expected.

If you want to drive the BMW X2 at market start with all-wheel drive xDrive, you can only grab one of the two diesel models. The most favorable variant is the BMW X2 xDrive20d, which costs at least 43,800 euros. For the 41 hp stronger X2 xDrive25d with TwinTurbo diesel, a minimum of 46,800 Euro is due, but it is not offered with the regular standard equipment and is always at least equipped with the Advantage package. Considering this difference, the TwinTurbo diesel is only 1,550 euros more expensive than its weaker brother.

Already in the standard equipment of each BMW X2 are included 17 inch light alloy wheels and a high resolution infotainment display with 6.5 inch screen. The Advantage model includes climate control, park distance control, cruise control and automatic tailgate operation.

The BMW X2 is equipped with the M Sport and M Sport X equipment packs, which are sold at the same price. In the case of the X2 sDrive20i, its basic price of 45,600 euros is 6,400 euros above the absolute basic price of an identical motorized X2 with standard equipment. Included in the packages are 19-inch wheels, LED headlights, M sport suspension, sport seats and, of course, the sharper look of the M aerodynamics package.

If you want to use the infotainment display also for navigation, you need the BMW navigation system with a 6.5-inch touch screen for the price of 1,290 euros. With a larger 8.8-inch touchscreen and the head-up display, the SystemNavigation Plus costs 2,890 euros. The Apple CarPlay is only available in conjunction with one of the two factory-specific navigation systems because it also requires a touchscreen display.
