While I hate to use the term “Trolls Royce“, as it sounds like something Logan Paul would scream as he drove a Rolls Royce over a field of newborn orphan babies, this wildly customized Rolls is one of the crazier and funnier things we’ve seen in the automotive world in some time. As previously seen on The Smoking Tire, this Trolls Royce is the project of a madman but it’s hilarious, albeit a bit blasphemous. It’s difficult to see any Rolls Royce this butchered but it’s also hard to not laugh at this one. It has a sense of humor. And it’s now currently for sale on Bring-A-Trailer.
It started out life as a 1979 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow II and is now this FrankenRolls. It retains its 6.75 liter V8 except not it boasts a massive twin-scroll turbocharger, so it makes quite a bit more power. There’s also enough plumbing under the hood to make an hotrod-junkie giddie. So it makes a lot more power, all of which is sent through a four-speed manual that’s shifted by a mannequin knob, which is sort of creepy.
But we can’t talk about this Trolls Royce without talking about how it looks. Which are insane. Some of that aforementioned plumbing is actually on the outside of the car, running the length of the roof. It looks absurd but is kind of funny. There’s also an exterior air intake box at the passenger-side rear fender which feeds air to a radiator mounted in the trunk.
This is easily the most insane Rolls Royce we’ve ever seen and, at the time of writing this, it’s on BaT for $6,969 (humorously). We don’t know who will want to buy this Trolls Royce, as it’s pretty specifically modified. Whoever gets it, though, is going to have a car unlike absolutely anything else on the road.
