The online configurator of the BMW i8 just went live on www.bmw.de.
The BMW i8 Configurator provides a taste of all six color variants (Ionic Silver, Crystal White, Protonic Blue and Sophisto Gray with different accents) as well as three optional 20-inch alloy wheels (turbine styling 444 and 625 and W-spoke 470).
Various interior designs, Neso, Carpo and Halo, can also be virtually configured. By far the most expensive option is the Pure Impulse equipment package which increases the base price of 126,000 euros by a whopping 19,000 euros.
BMW i8 configurator is rounded off by the numerous options available, from the Driving Assistant to the Head-Up Display and the Audible Pedestrian Protection. A larger fuel tank can be added as well.
Not still in the configurator are the laser headlights which will cost around 10,000 euros according to our sources and can be upgraded later.
