The hype around the BMW M2 continues. While we’ve just learned that the M2 won’t debut in September at the Frankfurt Motor Show, new information come to life regarding the options and standard features of the M2. According to a member of 2addicts (not verified independently by us), BMW dealerships in Germany have begun placing orders for their M2 demo cars.
The unofficial spec sheet includes a few known things and some new information as well. No pricing has been made available yet considering the market launch is set for March 2016.
Here is an incomplete list of some of the options offered in the M2:
- Standard carbon interior
- Wheels same as M3/M4 19″ in black (no silver)
- Black leather with blue stitching
- No option to have park sensors in the front of the car, only rear.
- Rear view camera is an option
- Manual and DCT
- 4 color options

The unverified information is in line with all the rumors and spy photos we have seen over the last year. Carbon fiber roof is certainly not coming to the M2 while the four colors finishes follows the 1M marketing strategy.
